MMM - Money Making Machine or Money Moving Machine?

Ghen-Ghen! It has happened. What has happened? The crash of the very popular MMM a.k.a Money Making Machine. Since its landing in Nigeria, quite a lot of people have patronized it, even going as far as withdrawing their savings from Banks for deposit to MMM's account, for the "interest" it yields. While some people attested to its originality and reliability, quite a number were pessimistic (myself included) about MMM and were warning against investing in it, in the event of a crash.

Now, it has happened in Zimbabwe as the website terminated its services without so much as a word of warning, leaving many Zimbabweans in tears as they invested a lot in the Money Making Machine, against the warning from the reserved bank, in a bid to amass riches within months. It might interest you to know that MMM (Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox) was founded by a Russian - Sergei Panteleevich Mavrodi in 1989. MMM was declared bankrupt three years after and Mr Mavrodi disappeared, just like that, until he resurfaced in 2003 when he was arrested. (History has it that thousands of people lost about $10billion to this scheme! - Wikipedia)

MMM is presently active in Nigeria with a lot of people (including my own friends) getting involved daily, saying it works and they have been able to get some interest. You'd do quite well to know it's working now the same way it worked in Zimbabwe! I have never been a fan of referrals or schemes like this because I've always doubted its authenticity.

Dear Nigerians (including my friends that think my mouth is smelling), Please, be careful where you invest your money!! Don't be     deceived by the greeness and whiteness of MMM!  Not all that glitters is gold! Animals are usually fattened before they are slaughtered!! It's quite unsure, the intents of MMM-Nigeria, but history can give you a clue!

Thanks for reading!
